East Aurora May Retract Policy Due to Hate Group Bullying

So, East Aurora School District adopted a very solid policy for transgender students this week Monday, but they are ready to fold because of bullying from local hate groups. The stories (Trigger Warning: Extreme Trans Misogyny in some of the comments sections):

So, in case you have some strong feelings about a School District being bullied by hate groups at the expense of the trans community (I sure do), here is the “Contact Us” section of the East Aurora School District 131 web site with the email addresses of all the School Board members.

A very wise person in my life asked, “If a school district is going to give in to bullies, how can they protect the children?”

Excellent question. Maybe more people need to ask that of the East Aurora School Board.
